The Knowledge Base Termo_Reg_Human 1.0. contains data on 469 human genes, 473 proteins encoded by this set of genes and 265 microRNA that regulate expression of these proteins. The list of genes was compiled based on queries to Gene Ontology and EntrezGene databases, as well as to ANDSystem software and information system [
Ivanisenko et al., 2019 PMID: 30717676 ]. The Termo_Reg_Human 1.0. Knowledge Base also contains data on the number of regulatory interactions of each gene, protein and microRNA in the gene network built using the ANDSystem. These interactions were found using ANDSystem software and information system based on automated extraction of knowledge and facts from the texts of scientific publications and biomedical databases using machine learning and artificial intelligence methods [

A short description of web-interface:
- "About" - section with detailed information about the structure of the database;
- "Search for genes" - search for genes involved in thermoregulation processes;
- "Search for proteins" - search for proteins, that play a role in regulating body temperature;
- "Search of interaction" - filtering objects (genes, proteins, microRNAs) by the number of interactions. Displays objects whose number of interactions exceeds the set value.
